Richard Satyanadhan

Richard joined the firm in 1995, and studied law whilst working full time at J Garrard & Allen.  He qualified as a solicitor in 2004 at the College of Law in Chester. 

Richard has worked primarily with Paul Gardener, our litigation partner, for a number of years.  He has wide experience in many aspects of complex commercial litigation in the County Court, High Court, the Court of Appeal and other tribunals. Jointly with Paul, he was instructing solicitor in the leading case of Akici -v- L.R. Butlin Ltd.

Richard is also a fully qualified Costs Lawyer.
