Rennie specialises in residential and commercial landlord and tenant, but his practice includes the acquisition and disposal of freehold commercial property, finance, general real estate and corporate transactions.

Rennie has worked in the law since 1999.

He is affable and pragmatic, and concentrates on simplifying matters for clients to ensure that matters are deal with in a timely manner.

Rennie returned to J Garrard & Allen in 2021, and became a Partner in 2022.
