Residential Conveyancing

Anne has an honours degree in Law from Southampton University. She qualified as a solicitor in 1979 and has worked for both city and rural practices, gaining wide experience.

She specialises primarily in residential and commercial conveyancing, including both freehold and leasehold titles. She has extensive experience of unregistered titles and first registrations.

She also deals with Transfers of Equity, sales and purchases by attorneys and trustees, mortgages in conjunction with domestic and commercial conveyancing, and also remortgages.

Anne enjoys the challenge of complex conveyancing transactions and closing the deal.

Anne joined J Garrard & Allen in April 2001, having lived in the area for over 20 years.
